Littering and Vandalism
Littering means throwing rubbish on place that is not own by you. Vandalism means destroying thing that does not belong to you. Children litter because they think it is convenient to do so.Children vandalise because they think it is fun to do so.I feel angry when the place is littered or vandalised.I seen places that are littered or vandalise in our school toilet.we can stop littering and vandalism in our school by punishing those who do so.We should fine those who litter or vandalise in puplic places.

Hi Wallace,
It's sometimes very difficult to catch the vandals and the people who litter. Do you have any suggestions how we can catch them in the act?
